Supporters of Zimbabwe’s prime minister climb a tree during an election rally in Harare on Monday. Zimbabweans go to the polls on July 31 to choose between veteran President Robert Mugabe and long-time rival, Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai. Mr Mugabe on Sunday made his final call for peaceful voting as he vowed that the upcoming crunch election will be free and fair.

Zimbabweans will vote for a new president and parliament four years after Zimbabwe’s president, Robert Mugabe, who has ruled for 33 years, and Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai, were forced to share power.
