Tourists take pictures as a storm surge hits the coastline under the influence of Typoon Wutip in Sanya, Hainan province. China's maritime authority on Monday issued a yellow wave warning as Typhoon Wutip, the 21st of the season, approaches. China has a four-tier color-coded weather warning system, with red representing the most severe weather, followed by orange, yellow and blue. (Reuters)
