Employees of German airline Germanwings place candles and flowers for the victims of the plane crash in front of the company's headquarters in Cologne, western Germany. A Germanwings Airbus A320 coming from Barcelona and heading to Duesseldorf smashed into the French Alps, killing all 150 people on board.
