JUNE 11: Chelsea Wan, the manager of Singapore's Jurong Frog Farm, shows off a large female North American Bullfrog. The farm started in 1981 and is Singapore's only frog farm; it has seen a boom in sales in the past year after developing the only fresh, locally made Hashima or Snow Jelly. Traditionally imported from China, Hashima is made from the bullfrog's oviducts and is one of the five most valued Chinese ingredients.
