Ekow Eshun, chair of the judges, looks a model of ‘Gift Horse’ by Hans Haacke as it is unveiled as a proposed design for the Fourth Plinth at Trafalgar Square in London. Two selected artists will be announced in early 2014, and their works will be unveiled in Trafalgar Square in 2015 and 2016 respectively.
