Hmmm, we're not sure that the German chancellor, Angela Merkel, is about to do the dishes as she jokes with Poland's prime minister, Donald Tusk, after a penguin-feeding session at the Oceaneum during the Council of the Baltic Sea States leaders' summit in Stralsund, Germany. Rumour has it that one nervous penguin was quite keen to get back in the water
