Women queue to cast their votes in presidential and parliamentary elections at a polling station in Nabweru, Kampala, Uganda, 18 February 2016. Frustrations grew at many polling stations as voters waited for the arrival of the voting materials hours after the polls opened in the morning. Uganda Communications Commission confirmed that it has shut down the social media such as Facebook and Twitter saying there was information that they were being used to bribe voters.
