Ellie, a horticulturist at Kew, stands on a ladder as she makes final adjustments during a media preview of an Orchid festival at Kew Botanical Gardens in London.  The exhibition is open to the public from Feb. 8 to March 9, and it includes a new new Phalaenopsis hybrid 'Diamond Sky' that has not been seen before.
