FEBRUARY 3: A sculpture in memory of the 23 cockle pickers who died in the 2004 cockle pickers tragedy, entitled 'Praying Shell' by artist Anthony Padgett, looks out over Morecambe Bay in Morecambe, England. The dangerous sands of the bay claimed the lives of 23 Chinese cockle pickers on the night of February 5/6, 2004, when they got cut off by the fast moving tide. The workers were all from Fujian and Liaoning provinces in eastern China and aged between 18 and 45. (Christopher Furlong/Getty Images)
