Smoggy city: A hazy view of London after The Met Office issued its highest level pollution warning of 10 out of 10 this week. The poor air quality is due to dust from the Saharan desert whipped up by a large storm in north Africa., with some of the particles appearing as speckles on car windscreens and other outdoor surfaces.
