Kashmiri Muslims watch the funeral procession of Farooq Ahmad Bhat at Palhallan in Pattan, about 30 km northwest of Srinagar, Kashmir, India, on Tuesday. Thousands of people participated in the funeral prayers of Bhat killed at Palhallan on 09 February 2015. The 20-year-old was killed and two others wounded critically after forces fired on protesters in the area who were protesting against the hanging of Afzal Guru two years back and demanding the return of his mortal remains.
