Surfers ride the waves at Tairatoyoma beach, near the site of the Fukushima nuclear disaster. Few people can be found within the radiation risk zones surrounding the Fukushima nuclear plant, but among the workers decontaminating the site are a few brave surfers who ignore the warning signs to head into radioactive waters.
