A painting of toucans features on the facade of the Wohngenossenschaft Soldaritaet co-op apartment buildings in Berlin, Germany, on Tuesday as part of a 22,000 sq m mural. A group of artists working for French-based Citecreation painted the walls of the three buildings in imagery inspired by a nearby zoo and in co-operation with the buildings’ residents. Citecreation has applied to the Guiness Book of World Records that the mural, which will be officially inaugurated on August 22, be considered as the largest in the world on an inhabited building
